Typical modules#
- Invoice-reading automation: incoming invoices are read, checked and fed into your accounting or ERP — with a control step by a person instead of silent full automation.
- Request → quote in 3 minutes: standard requests from your inbox are captured, classified and answered with a draft quote that your staff approve.
- Knowledge search across your documents: manuals, policies, contracts — answered with a source reference so your staff can verify what they found.
- Replacing manual transfer work: recurring transfers between two systems (Excel → ERP, portal → accounting) with validation rules and an error path.
What every module includes#
- Data-flow documentation: which data flows where, where it is stored, when it is deleted — written down before anything is built.
- No training on customer data without written consent: your data does not become training material without your explicit permission.
- A fallback path: what happens when the model doesn't answer or is wrong — the process keeps running, with human control instead of a standstill.
- An accuracy statement: what error rate you may expect with your material, measured on samples — not estimated from advertising.
- An AI Act note for your use case: which obligations of the EU regulation may be relevant for your usage (for orientation, not legal advice).
What a module is not#
No all-purpose platform, no website chatbot, no full automation without a control step, no subscription tooling with recurring costs to me. And: AI is a module here, not an entry offer — it is sold after trust, not as an opener.
Process and price#
Scoping of the process, fixed price between €1,200 and €2,400 depending on scope (1–2 weeks, 20–40 hours), delivered with documentation and a fallback. The mechanism (e-mail, phone, WhatsApp instead of a form) and the fixed price apply as for every offer: /en/preise. Under § 19 UStG no VAT is charged — the stated amount is the final price.
The honest boundary#
AI automation pays off when a process is recurring, rule-based and data-accessible. If your process is not, I say so in the intro call — a module that helps nobody is not a sale, it is a reputation loss.
